Jesus’ Death and Resurrection

Randy McCarthy introduced services reading from Job 14.  He then read from the book of Mark about Jesus foretelling the events that will take place during his final days.  After giving a brief summary on the wrath of God, he spends the remainder of the time discussing 2 questions;  (1)  Why did Jesus have to die?  and (2) What was the significance of the Resurrection?
