Mark Hasenmyer continued his series on the elements of the New Testament church. He began this week speaking on the spiritual and mental turmoil that the Jewish people went through when Paul & Peter began preaching to the Gentiles. To this point, the Jews believed that they were exclusively God’s people.
Acts 11:17-18 Forasmuch then as God gave them the like gift as he did unto us, who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ; what was I, that I could withstand God? When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life.
