The Preeminence of Jesus Christ (Colossians 3)

Randy McCarthy read from Colossians chapter 3 and spoke about The Preeminence of Jesus Christ.  He gave a comparison between the problems the people of Colossae were enduring and the state of the modern world.  He then spoke again about Submission (Col 3:18-25)

The Faithfulness of God (Hosea 1)

Randy McCarthy read Hosea chapter 1 and spoke about how the names of Hosea’s children was prophecy of the scattering of the tribes of Israel that came to pass in 722 BC when the Northern Kingdom was defeated by the Assyrians.  He then spoke about Jehu and Jeroboam and the judgement that God passed onto the nation of Israel while preserving the land of Judah.
