Psalm 85:10-11  Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.   Truth shall spring out of the earth; and righteousness shall look down from heaven.

Randy McCarthy read our fourth article of faith with emphasis on The Family of Man & The Family of God.  He then read from Luke chapter 22 and spoke about the Passover.

Articles of Faith #: 4:    We believe that the entire human family are dead in trespasses and sins by reason of the first transgression and are utterly unable to recover themselves from their fallen condition.

Forgiveness of Sin (Romans 4)

Allen Daniels read from Romans chapter 4 and compared it to Psalms 51 & 32 and spoke about Confession and Forgiveness of Sin.

Romans 4:6-8  Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works, Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered. Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.
